All of our concepts originate in the heart of TEXAS. Our designs are lovingly crafted by skilled artisans in Austin, Texas. Many of the flowers, bugs, and other natural elements are items we find in our back yard! This is our PASSION and we hope it shows in every piece that is made just for you!

WE STAND BEHIND our product. If you are not happy, let us know. We don't want you to just like our designs…we want you to LOVE them!

We love working with local buyers. If you are in the Austin area and willing to pick up your item, we will waive your shipping fees. Just reach out!

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
It is important to us that you are HAPPY with your order!

MISTAKES HAPPEN. If you make a mistake when you place the order please notify us within 24 HOURS. If notified after 24 hours, we will try to fix it before production. If the item is already in production, we will happily work with you to get a corrected item at a discounted price. 

Due to the nature of some items being personalized, refunds will not be processed under any circumstances on FINAL CUSTOM PRODUCTS unless a mistake is made on our behalf. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you have concerns or questions.

If incorrect, missing, or inaccurate information is provided to us in the notes, the item cannot be replaced. 

IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE on your item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and ship back the unwanted item within 7 days. Once the item is received we will start your order and expedite the shipping.

CONDITION of RETURNS
I GLADLY take returns on non-custom items.
BUYERS are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
